MINDFUL YOGA
Mindful Children’s Yoga with Rachel can help them to become more compassionate and self aware individuals. Children connect with others and themselves by learning mindful movements and yoga poses. This unique and calming class will encourage body awareness as well as body expression to get their little bodies moving
COOKING
Hands-on cooking will get your mini chefs excited about nutrition and trying new foods! Students will learn basic cooking skills while preparing and eating fun and healthy foods.
FOREIGN LANGUAGE CLASSES
Research suggests that early exposure to more than one language builds a more powerful brain. In these series of classes, children will be exposed to fundamentals of that language, including numbers, colors, and nouns.
GYMNASTICS
Students will develop strength, flexibility, and balance in this fun and physical class. Structured physical activity promotes healthy growth and development, improves balance and coordination, helps establish connections in the brain, and improves confidence and self-esteem.
WOOD AND CLAY BUILDERS
In this hands on class, children will assemble projects in wood and clay using simple tools and techniques. We’ll emphasize safety in our explorations of projects thatchildren will love to make.
MUSIC
Students will be exposed to the basics of music theory, rhythm, and vocal control. They will learn about how music is made and how to make it themselves. WARNING: THERE WILL BE KAZOOS!
GARDENING
Let it Grow, Let it Grow!
In this exciting garden workshop, students will explore nature through fun plant-based activities and hands-on investigations. Students will be planting seeds, caring for plants, and learning about cool bugs!
DANCE
Physical activity, facilitated gross-motor development, and artistic expression are all wrapped together in this exciting dance class. Students will engage with music, movement, and props while having fun!
SCIENCE DISCOVERY
Exposure to rational scientific thought can help children develop critical thinking skills while sparking interest about their environment. Students will be exposed to the fundamentals of science while participating in eye-opening experimentation.
