Join us for this wonderful opportunity to start of your New Year with a 2 hour Mindfulness Workshop for Parents!

This workshop is to introduce or reconnect you with gentle mindfulness practices for stress reduction and for adding peace to your life. In this workshop we will discuss basic mindfulness and compassion practices and apply techniques that you can use everyday to sustain your practice.

Rachel Gonzalez, RYT® 200, RCYT® & Mindfulness/Meditation Facilitator

Registered Yoga Teacher, Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher with YOGA ALLIANCE.

Rachel has practiced meditation for over 20 years and has expanded training in Mindfulness and Yoga. Her own personal training in Mindfulness started in 2014, then routed to a more formal approach to Mindfulness through the Mindful Schools programs. Rachel has practiced yoga for the last 10 years, which led her to pursue multiple yoga teacher trainings starting in 2016. Through these tools of Mindfulness/Meditation and Yoga she has been able to find more peace and better health in her life. Rachel has devoted her life to sharing her love of Mindfulness/Meditation and Yoga with others.

Children are our planet’s future. Rachel loves working with children and believes that learning these tools can lay a steady foundation in life’s journey. Being able to bring Mindfulness/Meditation and Yoga programs to today’s youth is her passion. Rachel’s goal is to inspire and teach others to create more balance and peace in their lives.

Rachel is a member of YOGA ALLIANCE, member teacher of Little Flower Yoga and an individual member of Yoga Service Council.

Rachel’s program include: Mindful Children’s Yoga, Teen Yoga, and her new programs: Yoga Sama Series for Adults and Mindful Pogis, A Yoga and Mindfulness Program for Preschool Children. Rachel also offers private/group Mindfulness Classes.
